In Cornerstone's production of The Richest Family in Town (December 12-13, 2009), the audience was taken back in time to watch a poor widow and her three children discover what's really important at Christmas time. Set in 1949, but remarkably similar to the economic struggles of 2009, the family in our story is willing to overlook their own situation and make extraordinary sacrifices to help others in need.
